This color scheme is inspired by our national bird, the Quetzal. I was born in Guatemala and am carrying various symbols and motifs through my chapter. I also keep heads and backpacks off everything as I paint it, but those aren’t quite as vital to do. The closest I can think of that involves less red is the Angels Sanguine, who literally have their power armour bisected down the middle, the right half of their armour is red, and the left black.
